Arnold Steenbeek is a sales innovator, trusted advisor, researcher and author.
He was graduated with a Bachelor Commercial Economics (HEAO Haarlem, 1988) and post graduate Marketing (Nima C, SRM, 1995). He has worked as SME sales executive, Account and Key Account manager, Sales manager and Commercial Director, in the Netherlands and internationally.
He is specialized in the human side of sales and selling and has extensive experience with multinationals in high tech and services industry. He still works and has worked for companies like ABN AMRO, Accon avm, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, FMO, ING Nederland, PPG, Rabobank, Randstad Nederland, Royal KPN, Sanoma, Selecta, SNS Bank and Sonepar/Technische Unie. Internationally he has conducted programmes for multinationals like Accenture, ASML, Brand Loyalty International, FrieslandCampina, IBM Learning & Development, KLM and KLM Cargo.
He has coached and trained over 65.000 sales professionals for these organisations.
He has been doing research since 1988 and published his findings in books and articles about the human side of selling, sales management, sales quality and customer friendship. He has written 11 books (over 60.000 copies sold) regarding sales, heart selling, sales coaching and sales management. He co-authored the Sales management-study book, a best seller and ever seller in the Netherlands and published in English (2013).
